The staff, including Ayush and Sachin, are genuinely welcoming, which adds to the hostel's charm. They offer helpful services like laundry and tours/ticket assistance, making your stay more convenient and enjoyable. You also have the option to enjoy some live entertainment, creating a lively vibe. While 12 Monks may not have the lavish offerings of a five-star resort, it delivers on essentials-air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly amenities make it a value-driven choice.
